Which is supposed to translate to how we often have difficulty bringing up conversations about mental health and struggles with our social circles.

Mental health is showcased as a taboo for many. Especially younger people, struggle with several mental health issues today and often hide their feelings away instead of bringing up a conversation that could create possible solutions and a discovering of like-minded people in the same situation as them. They are in fact not alone in this as 1 in 4 young adults struggle with mental health issues in everyday life.

Let’s spread awareness together and start the conversation about how we are feeling and/or ask a friend how they’re feeling non superficial  and expect to help them if they are in need of help or advice.
